Our pool of Direct Care Staff typically work in either of two types of placements: One is in a temporary or “as needed” capacity, responding to on-call requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; the other is to work as a Temporary-To-Hire position, which is generally a time-limited opportunity to determine if the staff and client are a good match for permanent employment. |
