The majority of our clients are providers of services to individuals living in the community who have developmental disabilities.

Our pool of Direct Care Staff typically work in either of two types of placements: One is in a temporary or “as needed” capacity, responding to on-call requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; the other is to work as a Temporary-To-Hire position, which is generally a time-limited opportunity to determine if the staff and client are a good match for permanent employment.

Community Choice also responds to requests from clients to recruit for a Direct-to-Hire position, interviewing and screening applicants for various positions of permanent employment with providers of services.
